The Scientific Committee is accepting abstract and video submissions for consideration at GYNITALY
The deadline for abstract and video submission is March 15, 2023 . The acceptance will be notified to all the first Authors, within April 5,2023 by the Congress Organizer Bluevents.

RESEARCH CONSIDERATIONS
The Scientific Committee encourages submissions addressing the following categories focusing on latest developments in Minimally Invasive Gynaecologic Surgery:

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Works must be submitted exclusively through the online system available in the Congress website. Other forms of transmission will not be accepted.
The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation, with respect to the author�s preference (oral/ video or poster) that must be clearly indicated.

Presenting Author of the accepted abstracts must be registered to the Congress.

Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to the corresponding author of the abstract by April 5, 2023.

How to prepare your abstract:
Complete the online form with these information:

Organize your abstract as follows:
Introduction/Background � Objective/Methods � Results � Conclusions

Important note: Abstracts must be submitted in English with no more than 500 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations). They must be original and not been presented before the beginning of the Congress.
The presentation cannot include commercial promotional content and authors are responsible for the data contained in the abstract in terms of uniqueness, authenticity, and ethic.
Once you submit your work you will receive an email of ABSTRACT SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION.

VIDEO TECHNICAL REQUIRMENTS
Videos must be sent in HD, in order to assure the best quality possible. we suggest not to compress the file but to leave it in the original format. Please do not exceed the maximum length of 5 minutes
Max dimension in pixel: 1920x1080 (1080p) and minimum dimensions accepted are 1280x720 (720p)
Max file size: 1GB
Video Format: mp4- FULLHD
Max duration : 5 minutes
Aspect ratio: 16:9
Once the video is ready you should upload it at the link provided by the organizing secretariat along with the notification of acceptance

Bluevents Srl informes you, with reference to ART. 13 of the D. Lgs. 196/03 "Law on protection of personal data", that your personal data, will be used for your registration and participation in the "GYNITALY 2023" to be held in Rome, May 7-10,2023. Your personal data will be entered in a database and may be disclosed to individuals involved with the organization and management of this event. This data will not be circulating and/or distributed. You can at any time claim your rights according to ART. 7 of the above legislative decree by contacting the Organizing Secretariat, appointed according to ART. 29. In addition, having been informed by this note, that your data is being held by our office and treated as stated above, you will be able to request to: info@bluevents.it, the sending of your data in writing. Furthermore you will be able to request cancellation, the transformation into anonymous data, or the blockage of the data because the violation of the law, update and revision or, if interested, the integration of the same data; the privacy law recognizes the individual's right to refuse disclosure of his/her personal data.

Personal data acquired through this form shall be collected for Congress related purposes and shall be processed through digital and non- digital means. The data collected shall only be processed by personnel in charge of data processing (sales, administrative and secretarial staff).

Considering that the Course shall take place in a virtual environment and non , due to the well-known restrictions in force resulting from the pandemic, and since it is obviously necessary to ensure the interaction between participants and the sponsoring companies, participants' sensitive data (name, surname, e-mail address and mobile phone number) may be communicated to the sponsoring companies and their representatives at the virtual booths set up on the platform hosting the Course.

Withdrawal of consent to the disclosure of data shall therefore affect registration for the Course. It shall be understood that the sponsoring companies will only be able to use these data for the duration of the congress, after which such data must be deleted by the sponsoring company and may not be used or communicated further to third parties, unless the sponsoring company has received specific authorisation to use the data directly from the same participant on the occasion of the first contact during the congress.

The provision of data (name, surname, address, tax identification number, VAT number, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) is compulsory for registration and billing. The above-mentioned data (e-mail address, fax number) may also be used to inform you of future events we shall organise if you give your consent by ticking the appropriate box. Any withdrawal of consent for sending communications regarding our activities shall not jeopardize your Congress registration, yet it shall be impossible to inform you about future events.
