C5  -  This course provides an overview of the most recent and contemporary approaches for deep endometriosis, from  diagnosis to treatment and the relation between endometriosis and cancer. 

Course Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
  - think about deep endometriosis as a specific disease
  - recognize the best pre-operative strategy to diagnose deep endometriosis
  - define the best way to treat endometriosis in infertile patients
  - become aware of new minimally invasive approaches to treating adenomyosis
  - become familiar of the relationship between endometriosis and cancer
  - understand the current state of the surgical treatment of urinary tract and bowel endometriosis
