From the Airport Marco Polo - Aerobus ACTV (line 5) to Piazzale Roma, and then ACTV navigation lines (vaporetti) n. 1 (58
min) or 5.1 and 6 (35 min).
From the Train Station Venezia Santa Lucia Lines of navigation ACTV n. 1 (55 min.) or 5.1 (40 min.) or 5.2 (45 min.)
From Tronchetto (parking and tourist bus) Line of
navigation ACTV n. 2 to San Zaccaria (28 min.) then change with line 1 or 5.1
to Lido (17 min.)
By car, van or truck: Ferry Boat line 17 Actv (35
min.), especially useful for exibitors.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION PASS
The Event Pass is reserved for those who registered for the congress and allows unlimited travel on ACTV public transport routes.
The card is for 3 days of unlimited mobility on all ACTV means. The event card is closely linked to the period of the congress (May 27 -29,2025)
N.B. The card is not valid on the route to and from the airport.
It will be possible to purchase the card on line by visiting the "Trasportation pass & Social dinner" web page.

CONGRESS DINNER
The Social Dinner will be held on May 27 at 8.00 pm at Des Bains 1900 (Venice Lido).
A separate registration fee is requested.

BADGES
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the Congress identification badges. Anyone without a badge will not be permitted to enter the conference rooms and the exhibition area.
Name badges are color coded as follows:

Lost/forgotten badges can be reprinted one time per individual and will be charged for €150,00 + VAT reprint fee. Additional reprints for a single individual will not be permitted.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation from English to Italian will be provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To properly access the translation service, you should use your personal mobile and wear your own headphones.

INSURANCE
The Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the GYNITALY25 Congress. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip and attendance.
APPLICATION FOR VISA
It's possible to request for an invitation letter, after payment has been made. Please ensure that all required information are provided correctly. Kindly note, it should be understood that the letter of invitation is meant to help members obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. The decision to grant a visa belongs solely to the embassy/consulate. Please note, should your application be denied, the organizer cannot change the decision of the government agency.
Please note that an invitation letter will only be issued to individuals who have completed their registration and made full payment, as incomplete or unpaid registrations will not be accepted.
EDUCATIONAL CREDITS
EUROPEAN CME ACCREDITATION - EACCME® credits
The GYNlTALY25 BOOTCAMP IN VENICE , ltaly 27/05/2024 - 29/05/2024 , will be submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she spent in the educational activity.
Disciplinary areas: Medical Surgeons and Gynecologists.
Credits will be recognized only based on the attendance of the scientific sessions.
AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION (AMA)
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.

ROYAL COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS OF CANADA
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
ITALIAN EDUCATION CREDITS (ECM) - FOR ITALIAN PHYSICIANS ONLY
Il Congresso verrà accreditato dal Provider n.836 Bluevents srl, ai fini dell'Educazione Continua in Medicina per le seguenti professioni: Medico Chirurgo specializzato in Ginecologia ed Ostetricia.
La Legislazione in materia di ECM non prevede l'assegnazione dei crediti formativi a specializzandi e ad altre professioni/discipline mediche differenti rispetto a quelle sopra elencate. Per l'ottenimento dei crediti formativi i partecipanti regolarmente iscritti al Congresso sono tenuti ad indossare il badge elettronico durante tutti i lavori, partecipare almeno al 90% dei lavori scientifici, compilare la scheda di valutazione della qualità percepita.
