"Consorzio Venezia e il suo Lido” is the only approved housing agency for the Congress. The only place you can reserve a room at the group discounted rates is through the reservation link.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
1.Individual bookings (1-3 rooms booked together with the same credit card): a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required. Credit card details will be provided as a guarantee for the booking. The balance is due at the end of the stay at the hotel.
2.Group bookings (more than 3 rooms booked with the same credit card): a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required. The full amount for the stay will be charged 55 days before the start date of the event in question.
CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations will be accepted at the discounted rates above through Monday, March 31, 2025 or until the room block sells out. Any guestrooms booked after this date will be subject to the hotel’s availability at the prevailing hotel rate.
