CANCELLATION:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be received in writing to info@bluevents.it
A full refund minus € 50,00 processing fee shall be made upon written cancellation notified by email by April 22, 2025. No refund can be requested after this date.
The refund will be made 30 days after the end of the Congress.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS:
Should the Course be cancelled because of Bluevents, the Organizers will refund all registration fees paid minus the administrative fee of Euro 20,00. No part involved shall be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from cancellation.

IMPORTANT: Registration does not include personal travel insurance of any kind.
It is strongly recommended that, when registering and booking travel, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc. for any reason. The Course Committee does not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Should the live surgery broadcast be cancelled due to force majeure or otherwise beyond the control of Bluevents, no refund can be requested.

You can at any time claim your rights according to ART. 7 of the above legislative decree by contacting the Organizing Secretariat, appointed according to ART. 29. In addition, having been informed by this note that your data is being held by our office and treated as stated above, you will be able to request to info@bluevents.it the sending of your data in writing. Furthermore, you will be able to request cancellation, the transformation into anonymous data, or the blockage of the data because the violation of the law, update and revision or, if interested, the integration of the same data; the privacy law recognizes the individual's right to refuse disclosure of his/her personal data.

By registering, you grant permission to the organiser to use photos/films - taken onsite during the meeting - in public relations and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and on the congress website for an indefinite period of time. If you do not want to have any photos/films taken of you published, you may contact the congress secretariat (info@bluevents.it) at any time.

Personal data acquired through this form shall be collected for Congress related purposes and shall be processed through digital and non- digital means. The data collected shall only be processed by personnel in charge of data processing (sales, administrative and secretarial staff).

Considering that the congress is supported by Industry partners it is obviously necessary to ensure the interaction between participants and the sponsoring companies, participants' sensitive data (name, surname, e-mail address) may be communicated to the sponsoring companies.

The provision of data (name, surname, address, tax identification number, VAT number, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) is compulsory for registration and billing. The above-mentioned data (e-mail address) may also be used to inform you of future events we shall organize if you give your consent by ticking the appropriate box. Any withdrawal of consent for sending communications regarding our activities shall not jeopardize your Congress registration, yet it shall be impossible to inform you about future events.
